Marynka came to our studio with a very clear idea: a modern home, limited in size, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious closets, and a garden.

The house consists of two prisms separated by an exterior staircase, located in the center of the house, designed to connect the garden with the sea, which becomes visible from the first floor.

The smaller prism houses the storage-garage and a small outdoor dining area, while the main prism contains the entire apartment program: kitchen-dining-living area, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms.

The result is a house that seeks to extend into the garden, and a garden that seeks to extend into the house, making house and garden one.
