El proyecto consiste en la realización una vivienda en un espacio irregular, entre medianeras, de apenas 39 m2 para una familia joven con un niño.

The challenge of designing a house in such a reduced space results in a two-story dwelling with kitchen, dining room, living room, storage, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms.

To achieve this, we based the design on two strategies: Placing the staircase and bathrooms in the rear rectangle of the plot, with the bathrooms located on the mezzanines. This way, we managed to include not one but two bathrooms and a storage room, freeing up the front rectangle to create the most spacious living areas and bedrooms possible. Eliminating the entrance hall, giving all the space to the kitchen-dining-living area, with the entrance door opening directly into the living room. The arrangement of openings seeks to maximize natural light while maintaining privacy. The interior is finished in light tones to achieve the greatest possible brightness and blur the limits of such a compact space.

-Eliminar el espacio de entrada, dando todo el espacio a la cocina-comedor-salón, haciendo la puerta de entrada a través del salón.

La disposición de los vanos busca conseguir la mayor entrada de luz a la vez que mantener la privacidad.
El interior es tratado con tonos claros con el fin de lograr la máxima luminosidad posible y desdibujar los límites de un espacio tan compacto.
